approach to achieving a healthy lifestyle
in a hectic world. My training philosophy seeks to find the perfect balance between
safe and cutting edge fitness training.
Douglas Imbrogno, the Gazz editor for the
Charleston Gazette and writes: Cindy Boggs' "Fitness Q and A" is one of the most
popular and user-friendly features we publish in the Sunday Gazette-Mail, the largest
newspaper in West Virginia. The column has a friendly, accessible and personable
tone while at the same time being up-to-the-minute in its fitness and health advice.
Cindy writes with authority because she is so well-versed on developments in the
fitness field, but she also manages to make that information personally relevant
to readers. It's an inspiring, highly useful column for publications trying to find
an answer to the hunger that readers have for useful fitness and health information
that will improve their daily lives.
